Each player is permitted to hold only one active u9agent account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of existing balances.
Only individuals aged 18 and above are permitted to register and use the u9agent platform. u9agent reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account suspected of belonging to a minor, without prior notice.
Minimum deposit of RM 10 using valid Malaysian payment methods. Minimum withdrawal of RM 30, processed within 7 to 15 minutes. u9agent reserves the right to request identity verification before processing large withdrawals for security purposes.

Weekly rebates for slots, table games, Sports Betting, and e-sports are calculated based on a player's net losses over a 7-day period (Monday to Sunday) and credited every Monday. These rebates carry no rollover requirements and can be withdrawn freely.

For multi-leg parlay bets, all selections in the parlay ticket must win for the overall bet to be considered a winner. If any match within the parlay is cancelled, that match will be treated as void and the parlay will be recalculated using the remaining valid selections.
U9agent takes fraud and security extremely seriously. We employ advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure as well as legal action:
U9agent reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct a thorough investigation if fraud is suspected. Any losses incurred by u9agent as a result of proven fraudulent activity will be recovered from the responsible player through appropriate legal channels.
U9agent reserves the right to suspend or close any player account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Prior to closure, all valid balances (where rollover requirements have been met) will be paid out within 3 to 5 business days. Balances tied to bonuses that have not met rollover requirements will not be paid out upon player-requested account closure.
